grateful for flour

Tonight I made carrot zucchini bars for dessert. I figured if I was going to make a sweet treat, something with a cup and a half of shredded carrots and a cup of shredded zucchini would be better than a dessert containing no vegetables:)
While standing in my kitchen pulling every needed ingredient from my fridge and pantry, I was overwhelmed with gratitude.
Today I am grateful for what I have.
